FastCAM® programming & nesting software is for CNC shape cutting of thick steel plate and supports most plasma, oxy, laser and waterjet profiling equipment. Below is a list of our 'out of the box' working postprocessors (machines and Badging can vary). We continually add new posts so if your machine or controller is not listed please contact us.

BEAM LINE MACHINES

This is a list of Beamline machines we could support with minimum modification to our standard postprocessors.

PEDDINGHAUS machines we support are in two categories: BLD (Beamline Drill) and the German equivalent TDK. The associated number refers to the maximum section size.

Eg. TDK 1000; TDK 1200; BDL 750; BDL 1000; BDL 1200

FICEP is more complex but mainly DN DZ D & DX series followed by a number (but not always). These are some of the supported models:

DZTT 1004; DZTT; DTT 1204; DTT 2004; DTT 2505; DTT

KALTENBACH & WAGNER are saws but are often connected to Peddinghaus drill lines and are thus supported:

  • HDM Saws HD 911, HDM 1311, HDM 1020, HDM 1431
  • KBS bandsaws KBS 851DG, KDS 1001DG, KBS 1301DG
  • KD Drilling machines: KD603/615, KD 803/815, KD 1003/1015, KD 1203/1215, KD 2003/2015
  • KF Plate processing Centers KF 1006 and KF 1505.

We also support VERNET AND WAGNER however model number designations are different for Europe and the US.
